About the company:
Vistaprint is an international company offering printing of promotional and marketing materials for businesses and individuals.
Venlo is home to one of three production facilities with more than 400 employees. Here digital orders are transformed into actual printed materials.
Job Description
During the interview we will decide what department would be the best fit for you.
On production you will be responsible for setting up the machines and keeping an eye on the product. You need to make sure that the print is in the correct spot and that the coluors are right. Later on the finished product needs to be packed and prepared for shipment.
On the end the logistics employees sort the boxes and bring them to the correct location.

Job Requirements
- you have a good understanding of Dutch, English OR German
- you are able to do physical work (bending, lifting, a lot of walking and standing)
- you are willing to work in 3 or 4 shifts
- you are available to work in the weekends.
- you are available for 37.5 hours per week
- You have your own means of transportation, such as a bicycle, scooter or a car
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
- Work in production or as a warehouse employee
- Gross pay of €12.70 per hour (excluding shift bonus)
- Shift bonus depending on the shift you are working in
- Overtime bonus
- Saturday bonus is 50% until 2:00 pm, from 2:00 pm on Saturdays to Sunday bonus 100%!
- Commuting allowance is €0.19 per km (first 10 km €0.10 per km), with a maximum of € 21,85 per day
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week in a three-shift system:
Morning shift: from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m,
Afternoon shift: from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m,
Night shift: from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
