About the Role
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our operations, people, and performance. You'll lead coordination within a specific warehouse area, ensuring processes, people, and priorities align perfectly to deliver best-in-class service.
You'll make a daily impact by:
Coordinating and executing all logistics activities (INBOUND).Supporting and direct leadership of 10-18 operatives Planning and allocating resources efficiently to meet service and quality as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational queries and escalations.Supporting supervisors with performance feedback, workload balancing, and process improvement.Ensuring compliance with GDP, QMS, ISO13485 and company standards.Driving LEAN initiatives and 6S audits to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on professional with:
2+ years of technical education and 3-5 years of relevant logistics least 1 year in a coordinating or team-lead role within warehouse understanding of WHS processes, ERP systems (Oracle 11 experience a plus), and LEAN English communication (min. A2 level).A proactive, flexible mindset – calm under pressure, collaborative in approach, and focused on results.Experience within a regulated environment (QMS/ISO13485) is highly valued.
