Perform grinding activities according to instructions using various grinding tools and machines. Work efficiently to achieve production goals and maximize productivity. Flexible availability for shifts according to the schedule. Maintain assigned machines and tools properly. Invest in personal development and skills. As a Grinder, you are responsible for precisely processing castings using various grinding techniques. You strive for optimal productivity, flexibility in shifts, and careful equipment management. Salary and Benefits
- A detailed introduction on your first day with an extensive tour and instructions.
- Full-time position of 37.5 hours per week long-term (with good performance).
- Starting salary from €2,398.31 gross per month.
- Work in day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
- €0.35 per hour supplement in the Metal Industry.
- Additional compensation of 5.65% for ADV (short for “Arbeidsduurverkorting” or working hours reduction) days.
- Enjoy a 13th-month bonus.
