return, you will receive a direct contract with the employer, an
annual salary between €54,000 and

As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading one of
the production departments during your shift. You ensure operations
run smoothly, support your team and respond quickly when priorities
change.

Your responsibilities
include:

• Leading a team of
  approximately 20 to 25 operators, increasing to 40 to 45 employees
  during peak periods
• Monitoring daily
  production performance and achieving operational targets
• Managing KPIs related to safety, quality,
  delivery and cost
• Identifying operational
  disruptions and taking immediate corrective action
• Coordinating multiple interconnected
  production processes
• Providing structure,
  coaching and clear communication on the shop floor
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  within the department

Functie-eisen

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader in
  a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more
  employees
• Strong understanding of production
  processes and operational KPIs
• Experience
  managing safety, quality, delivery and cost performance
• Excellent command of the English language
  (mandatory)
• Ability to make decisions and maintain control
  in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong
  leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on mentality and structured way of
  working
• Experience within manufacturing,
  process industries or large-scale logistics operations
• Knowledge of Dutch, German or Polish is an
  advantage
