Important: This is a temporary role due to an international change in the company structure. We can offer work until September 2026 at the very least, possibly with a temporary (but not permanent) extension. We want to be transparent about this from the start.
Wie zoeken we?
You are a hands-on professional with technical insight and a strong sense of responsibility. You feel at home in a production environment and like working according to fixed processes.
What do we ask of you?
- Experience as Operator A or as an experienced production employee with technical affinity
- You can speak English, Dutch, or German
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift AND a 3-shift schedule (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00-06:00)
- You have your own transportation to the work location

Our offer includes:
- Gross monthly salary: from €3280 up to €3700 (including allowances)
- Hourly wage: depending on experience and shift allowances
- 13th month payment
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Functieomschrijving
As a Process Operator at Belden, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process of high-quality communication cables. After a thorough onboarding period, you will independently operate various machines.
Your tasks include:
- Operating extrusion lines, braiding machines, and winding machines
- Monitoring the quality of the production process
- Performing measurements on cables and wires
- You will join an international company producing cables for some of the world’s biggest sporting events. At Belden, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within your profession.
