Lead Infrastructure Engineer
Are you passionate about building and maintaining world-class IT infrastructure? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international logistics environment? As Lead Infrastructure Engineer at vidaXL, you’ll be the technical backbone that keeps our global operations 24/7 worldwide connected.
You will
- Take full ownership of IT infrastructure across multiple global locations;
- Manage and optimize core infrastructure components such as WAN, switching, firewalls, servers, Wi-Fi, security/loss prevention systems, printers, workstations, and RF hardware;
- Coordinate and guide on-site and remote implementations;
- Coordinate and deliver both project-based rollouts and daily support services (DOH/OOH), ensuring smooth operations across warehouses, offices, and stores;
- Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and QA processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and standardization.

We Ask
- A higher professional education in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferably Certified Network Engineer);
- Solid knowledge of network infrastructures (switches, VLANs, cabling) and experience with SLA management;
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and solution-oriented approach;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with stakeholder management experience;
- Willingness to travel internationally (aproximately 5-6 times per year) and be on-call during weekends.
