We have an exciting opportunity for a/an  Inbound Transportation Coordinator in our Venlo’s office.

What You’ll Do:

The Inbound Transportation Coordinator is member of the Distribution Center Division and reports into the Inbound Transportation Manager.

  • Coordinate the logistics flow end to end
  • Work on the Reporting and analysis
  • Work on projects and initiatives to improve performances
  • Communicate with carriers on a daily basis
  • Maintain relationship with several internal departments including Customer Service, Planning,
  • Operations
  • Arrange special transport ad hoc
  • Investigate incomplete deliveries
  • Support in resolving issues with carriers
  • Maintain KPIs under control
  • Implement reporting to monitor a proper execution
  • Support the Logistics Supervisor with projects and initiatives
  • You’ll Need to Have:

  • Minimum 1/2 years of experience in Logistics and/or a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Problem solving
  • Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
  • Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
  • Very good team player skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan is highly recommended
