Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with managers and leaders toprovideexpert guidance on team effectiveness, organisational design, workforceplanningand people-related challenges.
Coach and support managers on performance management, employeedevelopmentand business-led people decisions.
Drive the successful implementation of Weir people processes, including talent,developmentand broader HR initiatives across the business.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, supplychainand global functions, delivering value-added HR partnership within a matrix organisation.

Job Knowledge, Education and Qualifications
Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting both blue-collar and salaried employee populations.
Strong knowledge of performance management, managercoachingand employee lifecycle processes.
Experience working within a complex stakeholder environment, ideally supporting manufacturing,operationsor industrial businesses.
Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation, or the ability to quickly learn and apply it effectively.
