As a CRM Marketer, you are the crucial link between data and the business. In this new role, you are not just a conduit, but the strategic hub that turns insights into action. You dive into the customer lifecycle, discover patterns, and advise your colleagues from marketing to e-merchandising on the next brilliant move. You are the driving force behind our commercial successes!
Your responsibilities:
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify commercial opportunities.
Translating data insights into concrete advice and strategies for the marketing team.
Acting as a sparring partner and advisor for the marketing, BI, and e-merchandising departments.
Monitoring and contributing to the improvement of KPIs such as retention rate, customer value, and conversion.
Developing customer models (such as RFM) to strengthen the business in the long term.
Optimizing customer selections and targeting for campaigns.
Proactively developing ideas for new, trigger-based campaigns for marketing automation.
Functie-eisenYou are the perfect mix of analytical and commercial. A bridge builder who makes complex data understandable and gets people moving. We are not looking for a ‘you ask, we deliver’ mentality. You take the lead, take ownership, and dare to make decisions. We would rather have to slow you down than speed you up.
This is you:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience at the intersection of data and marketing.
Strong analytical skills; you understand data and recognize its commercial relevance.
A commercial drive and the ability to translate analyses into business results.
A true self-starter: you create your own work and don't wait for a to-do list.
You thrive in a dynamic e-commerce environment; you see change as an opportunity, not a threat.
A team player through and through, not a loner. Collaboration is second nature to you.
You will be our new asset for at least 32 hours a week, but 40 hours is preferred.
You are fluent in English; do you also speak a little German? Then you have an advantage!
