What will you do as a Coach Industrial Engineering

As a Coach Industrial Engineering, you play a key role in transforming traditional manufacturing into a fully circular production environment. You combine coaching, stakeholder management, and project leadership to turn strategic ideas into operational success.

You will:

Coach and guide a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 professionals in supply chain, industrial engineering, and production

Lead complex programs focused on circularity, remanufacturing, and reverse logistics

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, Service, and international stakeholders

Influence departments such as Marketing, Strategy, and R&D to adopt Design for Assembly and Design for Disassembly principles

Analyze data, KPIs, and workflows to identify improvements and drive operational excellence

Implement and apply LEAN and 5S methodologies across processes and teams

Ensure successful execution of projects while developing a high-performing team culture

Do you recognize yourself in

A Master’s degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Innovation, or Economics (preferably with a sustainability focus)

5 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Experience within a high-tech manufacturing or assembly environment

Strong knowledge of LEAN, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies

Proven experience in project management within multidisciplinary environments

Affinity with or experience in circular economy initiatives

Willingness to travel

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Good command of the Dutch language
