For this position, you will work at a client location in Venlo. The location is easily accessible from Venray, Roermond, Boxmeer, Blerick, and Deurne. It can be reached by public transport, bicycle, or car.

Functieomschrijving

For a company in Venlo, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner. In this role, you will ensure that offices, hallways, and sanitary facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You work independently and have a strong eye for hygiene and detail.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning offices and workspaces.
• Cleaning hallways and common areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining sanitary facilities.
• Dusting and wiping desks, tables, and other surfaces.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.Emptying waste bins and replacing trash bags.
• Checking that all areas are left clean, tidy, and hygienic.

Functie-eisen

• You are available Monday through Friday between 06:00 – 11:00 AM or 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language and can communicate clearly.
• Physical work is not a problem for you.
• You are motivated and result-oriented.
• You work accurately and are able to follow procedures and protocols carefully.
• You are willing to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). 

Obtaining a VOG is part of the screening process.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A gross hourly wage starting from €15.52 per hour;
• A temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
• A 5% year-end bonus, provided you have been continuously employed for at least six months at that time;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday;
• A pension scheme through the StiPP Pension Fund with a minimum employer contribution of 15.9%;
• Company workwear and high-quality cleaning materials to work with;
• A part-time position for 25 hours per week;
• Free parking facilities.
