The responsibilities for this role include:
- Operational Management: Assist in planning and executing daily operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to prepare insightful reports.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Project Support: Support various operational projects and track their progress.
Qualifications include:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in data analysis, experienced with Excel and office software; basic knowledge of project management and understanding of supply chain and logistics industry preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Responsibility, excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and stress resilience.
