:
Lead one or multiple incoming and/or outgoing process(es) and corresponding team(s);
Ensure KPIs are met according to customer expectation;
Plan resources to ensure positive logistic workflow
Pro-active approach in case of any deviations;
People management;
Coaching team members;
Annual performance reviews;
Omission guidance & (holiday) resource planning;
Drive continuous improvement within assigned process(es);
Daily reporting of results & analysis for improvement;
Ensure standardization of process(es) and follow-up of Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions;
Maintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines;
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in a logistic environment;
Application of LEAN tools in daily business;
Strong communicative and analytical skills.

Microsoft Office;
Oracle IMS and/or SAP WMS knowledge is a plus;
English language mandatory – Dutch language is a plus.
What we offer:
Minimum salary of € 52.000,- gross per year including 8% holiday pay (grading based on knowledge and experience);
Bonus target 10% of annual salary (including holiday pay);
