The role of Field Service Engineer offers a dynamic and challenging experience. As you travel worldwide, you’ll engage in what you enjoy most: resolving customer issues. You’ll encounter diverse people and work autonomously in the field. Your technical skills will be paired with strong interpersonal abilities as you advise customers on system capabilities and suggest additional solutions. As a member of our customer support team, you’ll receive continuous support, feedback, and specialized training.

Over jou

  • You have a technical degree at “mbo” level 4, preferably in electrical engineering, and a valid driving license.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • You possess an independent and strong personality, a high sense of responsibility, good analytical skills, and a team spirit.
  • You have a good understanding of commercial aspects, organizational talent, and a customer-focused, professional attitude.
  • You speak and write English fluently, with a preference for German as well.
  • You find working with foreign cultures and international communication challenging. You are trustworthy and respectful.
  • You are willing to travel worldwide for at least 50% of your time, sometimes for several weeks in a row.
  • When needed, you can travel on the same or the next day. The actual amount of travel depends on the workload. The first 12 weeks will be in Venlo for training.
  • You are prepared to be available after standard working hours for customer calls during your consignment shift (hotline).
