As a Customer Service Teamlead a.i. you will be responsible for:
You lead a team of approximately 20 administrative and customer service employees
Make sure the client receives the expected quality and be available for possible trouble shooting
Develop the employees within the backoffice
Think about process improvements and implement them
Generate reports and control priorities based on these reports

What do we expect of a Customer Service Teamlead a.i.:
3 to 5 years experience within a similar position
Experience within a logistics organisation
You are confident using English as well verbal as written
