  • You make sure that the day-to-day logistic processes run smoothly, obstacles are anticipated on, and problems are solved efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on the processes by communicating regularly with your colleagues, especially your Supervisor and the Line Leads
  • You make sure that the Line Leads fully understand the supply chain process of Arvato, In an daily stand-up you answer their questions and provide support if difficulties and challenges occur
  • Have a daily stand-up with the team where you divide the work for the day and evaluate the day before 
  • Make a daily plan by taking into account: the available colleagues, the expected in- and outbound and the availability of materials in the warehouse, you set the right priorities
  • You write daily reports about the processed products, the amount of incoming and outgoing trucks and draw conclusions about the logistic results, which you share with the Supervisor
  • In the end of the day are you responsible for finding the balance between all the logistic components

  • Vocational (MBO) level
  • Some years of experience in coaching/leadership role, or a relevant educational background complemented with internships
  • Experience with WMS/ERP (preferably SAP and Excel)
  • Fluent in English
  • Coordinative professional with a good helicopter view
