- Min. MBO 4-education with a logistical/technical background and a minimum of 4 year relevant working experience
- Minimal 1-year experience of coordinating logistics processes and people
- Good knowledge of operational WHS processes and LEAN tools
- Solid understanding of warehousing in terms of set-up, capacity planning and optimization;
- Desire/ambitious to learn and grow within the organization; you have leadership skills and the ambition to grow to the level of Supervisor
- Experience with QMS and ISO13485 is nice to have
- Strong communication skills (fluent English is essential, both verbally and written)
- Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
