You will be working for a specialized wholesaler of
packaging materials, located in the Noorderpoort industrial park in
Venlo. For nearly 100 years, the company has been supplying
packaging, machinery, and consulting services to logistics service
providers, manufacturing companies, and retailers in the
Netherlands and beyond. With a product range of more than 5,000
items—almost all of which are available from its own warehouse—it
is a major player in the packaging industry.

It
is a small-scale company with about 17 employees, where everyone
knows each other and short lines of communication are the norm.
Management works on the shop floor, and great value is placed on
loyalty and collaboration. This is reflected in how long people
have been working here. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and
engaged, with the occasional team barbecue where long-serving

Sustainability is a top

The company is located near the A67 and is

Do you enjoy being on the road, interacting with
customers, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done? Then
this versatile position as a Class C driver is perfect for
you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Class C
Driver for our partner who, in addition to handling deliveries, is
also happy to pitch in at the warehouse. You’ll be joining a
close-knit family business where colleagues support one another and
where your hard work is truly appreciated.

No two
days are the same. One moment you’re on the road delivering orders
to customers, the next you’re helping out in the warehouse
processing goods or preparing orders. This way, you play an
important role in the entire logistics process. Plus, you’ll work
exclusively during the day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so you’ll be
home every evening.

Here’s what
you’ll be doing

• You’ll
  deliver products to customers, primarily within the
  region;
• You’ll load and unload the truck and
  check the corresponding freight and transport
  documents;
• You’ll support your colleagues in
  the warehouse when you’re not on the
  road;
• Together with the logistics team, you’ll
  ensure that all goods end up in the right place and that deliveries
  run smoothly;
• You’ll be the face of our partner
  and will interact with customers in a friendly and professional
  manner;
• You’ll unload using an electric pallet
  jack with the help of a tailgate on the
  truck.

Functie-eisen

• You have a good command of Dutch or
  English;
• You hold a Class C driver’s license
  and a valid Code 95;
• Preferably, you have a
  forklift/reach truck certification or are willing to obtain
  one;
• You are physically fit and enjoy the
  variety of driving and warehouse
  work.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A starting salary of around €3,200 gross
  per month, which works out to about €18.50 per
  hour;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week
  on day shifts (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.);
• 24
  vacation days per year and an 8% vacation pay
  bonus;
• Reimbursement for commuting
  expenses;
