You have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with specialized education or training in logistics and experience in indirect management.
Also experience in:
- Coordinating warehouse activities and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, company, and EHS regulations.
- Supporting staff development and coaching.
- Handling warehouse administration and reporting.
- Managing and improving operational efficiency and service levels.
- We value leadership skills and teamwork, and we are seeking someone who has an MBO degree or higher or equivalent. Fluency in English is a must, and we are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, flexible, and able to collaborate with other departments.
