(Sr) Operator – Fresh Food – Contract

Wat ga je allemaal doen?
In this role, you will drive the launch of our packaging line. You will be responsible for the production line, ensuring the team and machines operate efficiently and the production process runs smoothly. You will also play a key role in coaching and guiding your colleagues. Start up, operate, and reconfigure packaging machines. Change packaging per order. Start and finalize production orders & monitor production progress. Perform quality checks and packaging inspections. Record production and process data to meet production targets. Train, coach, and supervise team members working on the production line. Perform minor maintenance on machines and resolve technical issues. Maintain clean machines and workspaces in line with hygiene and safety standards.

- Technical insight and interest in working with machines.
- Result driven with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in a fresh food production environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and IFS standards or a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system: 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00 in case production scales up.
- Residing in the Venlo/Grubbenvorst area.

- A salary between € 2.500 and € 3.300 gross per month (excluding shift allowances).
