Senior Engineering Specialist | Medical Devices, BioTech & Robotics
Location: Hybrid – Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, German Border

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of complex industrial systems. The ideal candidate will be based in or near the specified locations and be willing to travel internationally to service customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, including technical documentation, inspections, and service records.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide training and technical support to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Europe to provide service and technical support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Field Service Engineer role, with a strong background in industrial or technical equipment.
- Solid technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A relevant technical qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
