Step into the dynamic world of VistaPrint as a SAP Support Specialist!

For our Supply Chain – Logistics department we are looking for a SAP Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accuracy of master data and optimizing warehouse processes within SAP. This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager and provides a pivotal link between our SAP systems and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of master data within SAP, and implement necessary updates and changes.
  • Develop and refine storage and replenishment strategies in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
  • Participate in and advise SAP working groups aimed at global system optimization.
  • Conduct cycle counts, manage inventory accuracy, and liaise with both internal and external auditors.
  • Initiate, test, and implement SAP process changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide system support including setup, layout optimization, and troubleshooting within the warehouse management system.
  • Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and maintain up-to-date system knowledge.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Advanced diploma or degree in Logistics, Information Systems, or related field.. 
  • Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management and other related systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, with the capability to train and guide team members.
  • Certification in using aerial work platforms, forklifts, and reach trucks preferred.
