We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Samples Coordinator in our Venlo office.
Who You Are
You are an Operational Samples Coordinator with good administrative and interpersonal skills who is familiar and has affinity with supply chain operations.
You are an individual with proven experience as an operational samples coordinator, you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
You are excellent in adapting to fluctuations and maintaining compliance & company policies.
You have a solid understanding of supply chain operations and hold the ability to translate operational activities and priorities into accurate reporting.
He/ She reports into the Warehouse Supervisor.
What you’ll do
The Operations Samples Coordinator covers all sample related aspects of the day- to- day departmental activities by sourcing required data and translating this into easy understandable reporting as well as tracking deviations controlling all incoming/outgoing all samples and their returns.
- Register incoming new samples, define completeness, reports mismatches to EU Samples team and Warehouse Supervisor.
- Collaborate with Internal (Logistics) and external customers (London team) to provide feedback on additional request after checking availability.
- Define process improvements in the registration and preparation segment.
- Ensure sufficient support is requested timely to guarantee shipping dates during peak season.
- Register returned samples according to correct season.
- In case of sample sales, provide available volumes to show rooms and Venlo team.
You’ll need to have
- Professional level of English (Verbal and written).
- MBO+ qualification.
- Excellent MS office Skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
