For a modern company that processes vegetables and fruits I’m looking for Electrical Maintenance Technicians! If you’re ready to contribute to a healthy and sustainable world by keeping complex machines running, makes sure to read on.
Your tasks will include:
- Electromechanical maintenance with a bigger focus on Electrical than Mechanical;
- Corrective maintenance, making use of your creativity to minimize downtimes;
- Preventive maintenance, predicting faults and keeping machines in great shape;
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, overhauling, repairing, replacing, and recommissioning;
- Meeting with the team to discuss frequent faults and improve team performance;
- Doing administrative tasks as well as keeping stock of parts.
For this you will need:
- A technical degree in, for example, Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, et cetera;
- At minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with a considerable focus on electrical;
- Solid grasp of the English language;
- A lot of creativity and comfortable with working under pressure;
- Willingness to work in 5 shifts. 2x 6:00 – 14:00. 2x 14:00 – 22:00, 2x 22:00 – 6:00, 4x day off.
For this you will get:
- A total salary of between €4.100,- and €5.200,- for only 33,6 hours/ week average;
- A base salary between €3000,- and €3800,-;
- A shift allowance of 28,5% based on base salary;
- A holiday allowance of 8,33% based on base salary;
- 25 holidays per year;
- 1-year contract followed by permanent employment;
- Pension contributions are paid 100% by Motus People for the first year.
