Are you a driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a talent for process optimisation? As manager invoice control & reporting at DSV, you will be part of the Transport Management Team Netherlands, leading a team and being responsible for optimising our invoice control processes.

How you do this? You will lead a team of 6-8 employees responsible for the timely and accurate approval of transport costs from carriers. Additionally, you play a crucial role in analysing trends and identifying areas for improvement within operational processes.
You develop and implement improvements that increase the speed and accuracy of invoicing, contributing to the optimisation of DSV’s logistics processes. Through your proactive approach, you help the team collaborate more effectively and ensure our invoice control processes continuously improve, directly enhancing the overall efficiency of logistics operations. You achieve this by:
- leading the team and ensuring an efficient way of working;
- analysing trends and identifying potential bottlenecks;
- proactively advising operations management based on your analyses;
- maintaining contact with various internal and external departments to optimise processes.

You bring
- higher professionals (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking and working in a financial, logistics, or business administration field;
- proven experience in invoice control, finance, or supply chain management;
- leadership experience and strong communication skills;
- analytical skills to identify trends and implement improvements;
- experience with TMS systems and financial software is a plus;
- experience with Power BI and expert-level proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of (data) analysis tools such as Power Query or AI being desirable.
