Job Description:
We are searching for an implementation consultant/project manager to ensure successful implementation of our AI driven skills based matching platform in customer projects. In this role you take the responsibility to make sure that customer requirements are matched with our software configuration for both platform and API solutions and that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate customer requirements in configurations and development requirements
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide training and guidance to client teams on software functionalities
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications
- Experience in (HR) software implementation
- Strong technical expertise in HR Systems
- Knowledge of HR processes, data management, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR software implementation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Fluent in English and Dutch. German would be a plus.
