Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product-related questions efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Engage in training sessions to stay informed about products and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
