This is a position for 32-40 hours per week for a minimum period of 6 months.
Functieomschrijving
Processing invoices
Maintaining the accounts payable ledger
Tracking incoming payments and managing outstanding balance
You will interact daily with colleagues from other departments like procurement or the warehouse to review any discrepancies before processing an invoice, e.g. when a delivery is incomplete
Adding new bank details for suppliers and reviewing and updating the supplier ledger account
Profiel
You are available immediately or on a very short notice
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
Proficiency in English, proficiency in German is a strong plus
Strong administrative skills
